Q: How soon will I receive access to my video lessons?

After you have selected your subscription "Plan" and have completed your payment via checkout, you will immediately receive a 24/7 Library Access Link via the email you used at checkout. Your video library access will be available after you log into your account.
Option B - For "Individual Video Lesson" Purchases:
Immediately after you complete checkout and process payment, your download link(s) will immediately appear on the screen, also a separate email will be sent to the email address associated with your purchase. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, there's a good chance you entered your email address incorrectly during checkout. But don’t worry… email us, and we’ll get you up and running ASAP!!! The download link(s) will expire after 2 attempts. Q: I purchased the "Individual Video Lesson" Download Option. How do I "unzip" and watch my downloaded video?
All "Individual Video Lessons" are in a zipped folder, so you need to ensure that you have the appropriate app or software that can unzip/extract the files from the zipped folder; afterwards, your video files will be ready for viewing.
Android Devices:
Android devices (2013 and newer) make unzipping and watching videos very easy using the ES File Explorer app.
Apple iOS devices:
If you are an iPhone or iPad user, you have 2 options:

If you’re using an iOS device, the Monthly Subscription Plan is much easier to access our videos. Please DO NOT PURCHASE the "Individual Video Lesson" Download Option UNLESS you have basic experience unzipping and playing .mp4 video files on your Apple mobile device; I, personally, own an iPhone 12 Max Pro and an iPad Pro - I love them but hate the Apple iOS downloading process and the Apple iOS file management system... Android is MUCH easier to download and open zip files.
Apple Computers:
These devices usually have no issues and will certainly unzip and play all of our video files as long as you use Google Chrome browser, Safari works too, it sometimes saves them to weird locations after downloading is complete.
Windows Computers:
We have tested our videos with computers from 2012 and later, including Mac OSX, Windows, and Linux OS. All videos are in .mp4 format, one of the most popular video formats for streaming and downloading. Windows Media players may need to be updated using this simple software update: http://www.windows7codecs.com
*There are no refunds for device incompatibility, so please unzip and play the video included in the FREE CLUB (zip folder) first, especially if you don’t have the technical experience with zipped files and .mp4 videos.. The FREE CLUB is located at the bottom of the home page.
Q: Can I have the videos shipped to me, instead of the Instant Downloads?
Yes (and no). There are 3 delivery methods. Our "Monthly Subscription Plan" provides Instant Streaming via our , "Individual Video Lesson Download" or Shipped USB. We understand that internet speeds vary from one household to the next. We do not provide DVDs in our product library, instead, we provide easy-to-use USB flash drives for your particular video series that you’re interested in. A USB drive can be inserted into the USB port of your computer, which literally contain EVERYTHING that you would receive as if you actually downloaded them right to your computer. You can simply drag the files off of the USB drive onto your computer’s hard drive. The cost for your customized USB drive is $5 additional to each video lesson+ shipping and handling (usually around $7, within the Unites States). *Please note that multiple USB purchases (with a discount applied) will be placed on fewer USB drives - simply put, if you receive a discount, we will place 2 to 3 video series per USB drive.

Our samples are designed specifically for computer hardware, not inside of actual keyboard synthesizers or iPads They have been tested to work with Logic EXS24, MainStage 3, Studio One 3 and 4 (Presence XT) and the *FULL Kontakt Player (Kontakt Samples will ONLY work "uninterrupted" in the FULL Version, not the FREE Player – the FREE Kontakt Player has a 15 minute trial time limit).

Yes. Simply go to the EDIT section of each different sampler instrument... You can edit filters like cutoff/release, polyphony, glide/portamento, tune, etc...
